One of the most important shots in tennis is the serve as it starts the match. If you are struggling with your serve.
HOW: Stand facing the back fence on court in the service ready position, with the ball in your left hand if you are right handed. Toss the ball up, ideally the ball could be tossed parallel to the fence, if the ball goes over the fence then the toss is too far forward, if you find yourself reaching back for the ball then the toss is too far back. Repeat 10 to 12 times until the toss is vertically straight and is high enough to make contact with the racket when the right arm is at its highest point. Good luck! Remember practice makes perfect.
Volley
Get to the net as early as possible and remember to push through the ball rather than hit at it
